Dr Rie Natalenko - The Write Impression

I’m Dr Rie Natalenko, the Director and Principal Trainer at The Write Impression—a company which helps you with your writing needs.

I’ve spent my life teaching and training people to write—in government, business, and the arts, at University, TAFE and high school, in situations ranging from large groups to one-on-one mentoring.

I’m an award-winning and published writer, having won Australian and International awards for screenwriting* and many other forms of writing.

I’m a skilled and charismatic presenter whose presentation skills really make my workshops fun.

I help people and businesses achieve their potential, and this is the focus of all my services.

I have excellent qualifications for what I do: a Dip Ed and an Honours Masters degree in Education, a Masters and Doctorate in Writing, and a current Cert IV in Training and Assessment.

I’ve recently combined my skills in training trainers with one of my other passions, creative arts. I now run very successful workshops and coaching sessions for arts practitioners who want to set up their own classes and workshops. I’m the editor of Yarn magazine, and write for many of the Artwear publications.

One of my passions is family history, and I also run The Family Memory Site.

I’m based in Christchurch, New Zealand, but I’ll travel anywhere. I even teach on cruise ships!

Ah, teaching while cruising… it’s a hard job, but someone has to do it!
